Pricing information:
All prices include VAT at 20%.
Delivery charges will be applied where required and are clearly shown.
Delivery of goods:
We will endeavour to deliver your goods to you within 3-5 working days, providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is required, this will be clearly stated on the specific product page).If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 2 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation and full refund..
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, can take longer than 3-5 days. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Occasionally orders are delivered by courier eg. when the item is too heavy to be sent by Royal Mail.
Complaints and Queries:

Returns/Refund policy:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery - we do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering . With wheels, front/rear lights and indicators we can only accept returns if a problem is reported within 48hours of delivery. All items will have to be returned at your cost before any refund is made.
Incorrect parts supplied: If we have wrongly supplied parts we will send the correct item or reimburse the full purchase price once the item is returned.
Correct parts supplied: If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. Refund will only be made once we have received the item.
Incomplete order: If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or are faulty then we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund in this case then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. We will only make a refund or send a replacement once the item has been received by us.
Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (i.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you.).You will be responsible for the carriage charge incurred in returning the item to us. Exchange item will only be sent out once we have received the original item.
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us to report the problem.
(b) Send the goods to the following address: Returns Dept, Demonkar.com 64 Walmersley Rd Bury GREATER MANCHESTER BL96DP.. Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.
(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase.
7. Product information and product images:
Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
Suitability of products:
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your car based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering.

All our goods carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty goods are sold under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. We accept no liability for any other costs what so ever that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting any products that we have supplied. Products must be fitted according to the manufacturer’s instructions (if supplied).
