I NEED SPARES LTD - All our spare parts are tested to ensure they are fit for purpose and stored safely inside our warehouse with Industry recognised inventory software. We are members of the Vehicle Recyclers Association.

Before You Order
It’s best practice to fully read the item description and study the photos to ensure you order the correct part. We do our best to provide enough information for you to do this. If unsure please send us a message on eBay. The eBay parts compatibility is sometimes incorrect so this should be used as a guide only. If ordering from overseas please check all sided parts are the correct side for your vehicle before ordering. When looking for colour matched parts please check the paint code.
Part Conditions
We will provide photos of the part on the listing. Parts may have minor marks / scratches and anything significant we will describe in the listing using a grading system. We use an industry recognised grading system which can help you.
Shipping / Collection
All our spare parts that are listed on ebay are in stock and ready for dispatch or collection. We take great care in packaging your item and use reputable courier company s in order to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If you would like your item sent straight to a garage or workplace then please ask. Collection is welcome after the item has been purchased on ebay, please send us a message so that we can have your item ready for collection, if we do not receive any contact then there may be a waiting period when you turn up to collect. If you prefer us to send your item straight to your garage / repair centre then please let us know by changing the delivery address on checkout or send us a message on ebay.

Warranty
The warranty starts from when you receive the item and ends on the last day of the warranty period as specified in the listing. We ask that our items are fitted by qualified mechanics and for you to retain the fitting job sheet as this will be needed in order to process any warranty. Our warranty covers the part cost only.
