P&P on each listing applies to UK only (unless otherwise stated). For international P&P rates please ‘ask the seller’ BEFORE you buy. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS. Payments are accepted from UK buyers via Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers draft. Payment form International buyers must be via Paypal only. Unpaid item disputes will be opened for any items outstanding after 7 days unless prior agreement has been made with the seller, so if for any reason you have an unforeseen problem with payment, please just let us know.
p+p charges
We are happy to combine invoices & reduce P&P costs wherever possible for items being purchased together & posted to the same UK address. If you wish to purchase more than one item & require a P&P discount then please go ahead & purchase your selected items BUT DO NOT PROCEED TO PAY, email the seller first to let us know you have finished shopping & then wait for us to combine your items onto one invoice & work out your P&P for you. You will then be sent a new amended invoice so that payment can be made. Please note that ebay do not allow sellers to alter or adjust invoices in any way once payment has been made – hence our request. All items purchased will be posted within 48hrs of cleared payment being received ( in most cases items are posted the same day) except of course weekends & bank holidays!!. The delivery service used for each particular item is clearly stated on each listing, but should you wish to select a trackable delivery service or faster service & are willing to pay the extra costs for these services, please email us before payment & we can add this service & cost to your invoice for you. Our postage & packaging costs are not simply the face value of the stamps – this charge also has to cover packaging, printing & our time so please bear this in mind & if you are not happy with the P+P quoted on the listing please do not bid on our items.
Customer services
We carefully check all our items before packaging & posting, however, we are human & occasionally mistakes do happen. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item, please contact us and give us 48hrs to reply, we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Every effort is made to list all of our items as accurate & honestly as possible, but if you have any questions or particular specifications please email us BEFORE you buy & we will do our best to answer as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that we are human and we do have lives outside of ebay (perish the thought!) – we do our best to answer all emails & questions promptly, but please allow us a little extra time late at night, at the weekends & over bank holidays.
Exchanges & Refunds
We operate a 14 day return & exchange policy on all our items unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned, at the buyers expense, within 14 days by prior arrangement with seller only. Items must be as new, unused, in orginal packaging & any tags still in place – so please take care when opening your items and make sure you keep the packaging & tags. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the item has arrived with us & has been checked. Refunds are less 10% to help cover incurred ebay & paypal charges. For items requiring exchange, please bear in mind that extra postage costs will need to be covered by the buyer, so contact the seller to find out what these are.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING IS NONE REFUNDABLE IN ALL CASES.
