This is a nice box. It is large with plenty of room to work. The inside is unpainted bare metal with a few sharp edges. Watch your knuckles The outside has an interesting paint splatter texture to it - small droplets, not streaks. The drive mounting system could use a redesign however. The flexible drive trays use metal pins attached to rubber vibration dampers. These pin are sometimes slightly too large and won't fit in the drive's screw holes. The dampers function well but were not cleanly formed in their molds. These issues make install drives very awkward and usually unsuccessful. The 5 included 120mm fans are also not the greatest, running relatively slow at an unknown fixed rpm from standard 12V molex. The 2 rear 80mm fans are kind of noisy so I replaced one with a 3-pin controlled by the motherboard. If the drive mounting was easier/cleaner, I would give 5 starsRead full review

The Rosewill RSV-L400 rackmount chassis is of excellent, high quality construction. This is an excellent choice as a server case, if you have the space for it. It is very large, so you must evaluate the require space for this case. Otherwise, it is, in my opinion, one the choices a person can make who is looking for a good server case.

Spent a lot of time trying to find a case for my recently purchased ASUS Z8PE-D12 Dual LGA1366 Motherboard. Didn't want to buy an Eatx and cut or not be able to use certain items because of not having enough room. I learned a lot about sizes of motherboards during this quest. This case is esthetical most pleasing I have found doesn't belong in a closet on a rack it belongs in the living room as a show piece its a utilitarian masterpiece. I never realized how ugly my T7600 Dell is sitting next to this.

Pros: -cheap -full support for my 12x13 inch eatx mobo -fast delivery Cons: -the top hatch is removed with four tiny screws that are easily dropped/lost -if you get the rails the setup is about 1mm too wide for a 19 inch rack but it still works, it is just a little tight.

Pros: Very big and roomy case. Easy to route cables. Lots of drive space. Price is right Neutral: Not built as well as most PC tower cases, but still quite sturdy. Cons: Drive holder are cheap, and it shows. Pins are slightly too large for some caddies. Fans are cheaply made - but you're going to replace them anyway, right? USB 2.0 on the front instead of 3.0.
