This is a value set for beginners such as myself. I bought the brushes with the knowledge that they are sable hair but who knows? The brushes are quiet accurate when working with them although they do loose some hairs to begin with or at some point but this is not too disrupting. Overall they are good to learn with them before buying a better quality. For the number of brushes and their quality I think they are really good value for money. Yes, I would recommend this item.

These are very cheap quality as I guess it reflects the price, but I was really hoping they will surprise me. The brushes shed a lot, they do not come to a fine point when wet and do not keep their shape at all. They are much too soft to work with and Frey, fro watercolour brushes I don’t find they keep water well. Just disappointing and I would not waste money on it, not worth it.

Excellent purchase. The brushes are nice to handle, infact they feel delicate so makes painting easy. Smooth finish.

These brushes were bought on the assurance of the advert stating they were made from "Sable" when in fact they are as stated on the packet made from "Camel". The bristles, if one can describe them so, are far too soft thereby making the brushes quite useless. I am extremely disappointed and would prefer I was sent a packet of the "Sable"brushes I originally ordered

I bought these cheap brushes in the hopes they would be “good enough” for war games scenery. Basically, I have wasted my money. Lesson learned, buy cheap, buy twice.
