1.We can not consider an item as lost until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) have elapsed as in line with Royal Mail Conditions of postage. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems. Please be aware that we sometimes pack on a weekend or Bank Holiday but whilst they have gone to dispatch Royal Mail or the carrier will not collect until Monday morning.
2.Occasionally Royal Mail or our Carriers are unable to deliver an item to you because nobody was available to sign for the item, or the size of the item meant that it could not be posted through your letterbox.
3. If you’ve received a card saying Royal Mail are holding an item for you, you must arrange to have it redelivered to your address by going through the Royal Mail. You can arrange through them to have it delivered it to your local Post Office® or you can collect it from the local sorting office yourself. This is your responsibility.
4.For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.
5.If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 25% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.
6.If the item was sent by courier, we will deduct the courier charges x 2 as we get charged for sending the goods out and also for having the goods returned to us.
7. UK Mainland only, outside UK Mainland is available at an extra cost, please ask first.
8. Positive feedback will be left automatically after positive feedback is received, as i then know you have received your order.
9. All items will be sent with a proof of posting held by us and if required we can forward this on so you can claim via Royal Mail or courier
10. The shop is closed on a Wednesday, all orders placed after 4pm on a Tuesday & any time on Wednesday will NOT be processed till Thursday
11. All purchases must be paid for within 4 days.
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day where possible
