CUT CABLE
Cable that has been correctly cut from our reels to the customer’s requirements cannot be returned for a refund as this is a bespoke service and as such isn't covered by the UK consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the cable they are purchasing is correct for the application intended. All sales of cable cut to the customers requested colours and lengths is final.
PAYMENTS
All goods must be paid for in full before they will be dispatched. All payments must be received in full within 7 days. We accept worldwide payments through Paypal and BACS postal orders from customers living in the UK.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
1: We must be notified by email or writing within 8 days of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel. We will issue you with a returns number. No parts will be accepted back without a returns number on the outside of the package. Parts must be posted back within 3 working days of returns number being issued.
2: All parts submitted for a refund that isn't faulty or or incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 25% handling fee and must be posted back to us within 3 working days of returns number being issued. All returns must be back on our unit within 40 days of the date of sale.
3: We expect all parts submitted for return to be with it's original packing, undamaged and unused.
4: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe, secure and satisfactory return for any parts submitted for a refund. That includes using a registered delivery method. We will not be held responsible for parts that are lost on return postage.
5: Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless we have sent the item incorrectly or in the unlikely event that item is deemed to be faulty.
6: All parts submitted for a refund must be returned to us within 40 days of purchase and within 3 days of the returns number being issued. We will then inspect parts on our premises before the refund will be issued (less 25% handling fee).
7: It is your own responsibility to ensure that the parts that you order and we supply are fit for the purpose intended.
LOST OR MISSING POST
As per Ebay rules we are not responsible for the actual delivery.
If your item hasn't been delivered with-in a few days of posting please check the view sales record for any tracking numbers. Contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as sometimes failed delivery cards aren't left, or your parcel may have been left with a neighbour. Royal Mail will only keep a recorded item for 7 days and non recorded for 2 weeks before returning the parcel to us. If this happens then the buyer is responsible for paying the postage costs again if they failed to pick up or rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail do not class an item of mail missing until 15 days has elapsed since posting.
We cannot and will not post out other items until 15 days has elapsed and a claim form has been submitted to Royal Mail. The buyer will also need to complete the letter that they will receive from Royal Mail stating that the item hasn't been received. Once Royal Mail has confirmed to us that the delivery is lost and they are going to issue compensation then we will either resend by our choice of carrier or issue a refund.
