Easy to fit and secure
I purchased this gate to prevent my new puppy from going upstairs. The quality is generally very good although I found the latch a little stiff, but this would certainly stop a toddler from undoing it. It is light, was easy to fit and does a good job. At this price it is a bargain and I can see it lasting long enough to be used on outside doors when my puppy grows up. I may even buy another for that purpose now while at this price.I purchased this gate to prevent my new puppy from going upstairs. Not Great
Relatively easy to fit, but badly let down by an locking mechanism. Although described as a one handed operation, on a few occasions it has taken two hands, and a couple of minutes to either open or close the gate. I bought two of these gates, and they are as bad as each other. I should have tried to get my money back, as these gates are not safely fit for purpose.

Good little gate ....... but !
Reasonably priced and does the job but it does have a few issues. Purchased this to separate a new puppy from our cats until they managed to become aquatinted ! Instructions are terrible and its very fiddly to install but once done it’s quite effective ! If installed in a door frame it’s relatively straightforward but if between a wooden door frame and say a stud partition wall, it’s likely to leave indentations on the wall. The gate is adjustable but it’s helpful if you have someone to assist you ! Would I recommend?.... yes but it’s a bit fiddly to install. Amazing product
It was a little bit hard to install as the instructions were not clear but I had some time to reason and got the fitting right. On the instruction manual they have a barcode link to watch a video of assembling the baby gate. This is not true. I was at this site and such a video did not exist. Anyways apart from this the product is perfect. It's strong, sturdy, made out of metallic frame and the lock mechanism is so good that only an adult could open it or close it. So the safety function could no be better. Brilliant design the locking system is an excellent idea especially when you have older children who don't always close the gate properly. also other gates my little one has managed to work out how to open but this one she can't. Great product.
