Upside it is a great quality printer with everything you would expect from a laser printer. It is Network enabled via and ethernet cable so needs to be near your PC or the Router whichever is better for you. Simple to set up and once done you have a Colour laser that is available to your whole network. Great Product. The only downside and it is to be expected is it has a large footprint and is a weighty printer.

While the printer is good quality and easy to setup and use, it is constantly reminding you to purchase supplies, which is annoying. If any of the toners reach 0%, the unit refuses to print anything, even in grayscale. This is terrible for me, because I am a disabled man on benefits and have to wait until christmas before I can afford new toners. So basically - DON'T BUY ONE unless you have a lot of money and don't mind being pressured all the time. My previous printer was a CLP-315 and this one allowed you to continue printing even if one or more toners were out. DEAD LOSS, fed by corporate greed.

I've tried a couple of printers since my Samsung CLP 300 (a superb machine) and while I could get faster speed and very good print from Komica when it came to replacing cartridges the price went crazy so I came back to Samsung and am very pleased with the faster speed of this printer and the quality. Looking forward even genuine cartridge replacements are not out of this world on price
