Ordered and paid for a grey samsung flip 5. Received a pink s22. Contacted seller, cut off transfering me to their e bay team! When i eventually got through they blamed a labelling fault and said they may never have even been a flip 5 for sale in the first place. From a company stating how the have numerous checks etc etc. How about a basic check seeing whats in the box before sending it out. You checked to see i paid in full !! Failed to deliver on time! Avoid!!!

Item purchased Thursday evening, despatched Friday, delivered on Monday. Item was delivered on time. Item was labelled up incorrectly however we dealt with the issue as soon as it was brought to our attention and returned it for a refund, simple mistake when dealing with hundreds of phones.

It came with the original box which was clearly used but the tablet itself was pristine - it could as well have been brand new, and it came with all the accessories a new model would have come with (S Pen, cables etc).
