Much better than my previous "square screen" monitors, plus the bonus of it's capability to act as a tv as well as a desktop / dual screen monitor.

This monitor is very good in terms of the fundamentals. I've found the colour to be good, have noticed no blurring during video or gaming, it's bright and sharp and the viewing angle is very good. It also looks really, really nice, Samsung has raised the bar on aesthetics. The on-screen display is packed full of settings to allow you to tinker with the image. The downside is that it's fairly feature-limited otherwise. It's only 1680x1050, so can't display full HD. There are no USB or HDMI ports, the stand is pretty wobbly and features very little adjustability in terms of height or angle or rotation. Also, when I put my computer (a MacBook Pro) to sleep and wake it up, sometimes the monitor shows only static for about 2-3 seconds before displaying the picture (even with auto-select input off). So, in short, this monitor looks great and has a great picture, but not much beyond that. It's a good, solid, cheap monitor for gaming, browsing, video, etc. Just don't expect too many bells and whistles.Read full review
All the Samsung syncmaster monitors are great but this 22" one is ideal for mac/pc . Easy to put together and take apart, light to move around and tilts forward and back( can be a bit stiff though but don't be afraid to give it some effort).
I bought this product as I wanted a larger PC screen which would show off the graphics of the games I play and it does this very well. It is a smart looking screen, quite lightweight and just what I required. I like the fact that it powers down by itself. Thanks.
it big than the last one there is nothing i did not like bout it and i decide to bye it because it was a good price
