In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
All major credit/debit cards are acceptable methods of payment. However, via eBay, PayPal payment is required. Our terms are payment in full with the order. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). However the return of the good is at your expense. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned once we have received the goods back in a saleable condition.
Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices on our internet sites including; our eBay site and our Amazon site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the opportunity of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of the pricing error and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within thirty (30) days of cancellation).
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusion and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be served from these and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from times to time as it sees fit and your continued use of this site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
