A nice book, well illustrated and the recipes seem to work quite well. My only gripe is that the special flour mixes that Phil has devised include tapioca flour. The only suppliers I can find are on the internet, and the one thing they have in common is that, in addition to the flour being expensive, the postage is too. Total cost for 100g comes to around £5. This, for me, makes using tapioca flour out of the question. I substituted ordinary gluten free flour for the tapioca flour. Seems to work ok.
this book gives a good insight into gluten free baking, which anyone can follow.

A great book for coeliac recipes - some reviewers say there are mistakes, but I haven't found these as yet. Some lovely cookies and a great chocolate cake that my kids love even though they are not coeliac. Good to have some tasty food that doesn't cost a fortune.
Lovely recipe, the cakes stay wonderfully fresh much longer than other gluten free baking. Pastry great best I’ve ever eaten in the gluten free baking.
