having Celiac disease I was wanting to find out the 14 day diet effects of this on an athlete. I like the way that it contains a breakdown of foods and their nutritional value and actions on the body, especially for energy levels at certain times of the day. Do not like the USA commercial names for foods, they mean nothing to me. I found it interesting as to the changes in the body of such an energetic person during the diet and now of his everyday regime of gluten free foods. Other books that I have read really only give a general recipe guide.
