      Saves taking lots of other pills

      Tablets seem to be working well though I haven't been using them for long. I would have given them 5 stars but the yellow one is rather large and I have trouble swallowing it though the other gel capsule is easy. I would still get these again though as it saves taking lots of different pills.

      Works

      I have noticed a significant difference in my knee pain since started taking these vitamins.i go jogging and work 12hr shifts and noticed after about a week my knee is not painful like it use to be at all now.they are great.not the easiest to swallow for me personally as they are not the smallest of vitamins but worth taking in my opinion.which I will continue to do so. Thank you.

      Worth a try

      I have only been taking these capsules for two weeks - I have found a slight improvement in my aches and pains and can only hope that these improvements continue. It is worth a try - it will take more time to really say the true findings.

      Seems to help hands seem better did have a break for a month due to running out of tablets and hand pain started to notice more. Since back on them for a few weeks now notice the difference and the benefit of taking them.
