so glad i bought this. some years ago, i transferred my audio tape collection onto mini disc, for orgnisation, yet, in those days, before mp3s and ipods, the mini disc died a death, purely down to it not being able to hold the masses of data an mp3 can. however, its recording ability is not to be scoffed at, as its editing abilities are brilliant, and it has been great to re visit my collection, which i hadn`t listened to for a number of years. on top of this, i bought a solar battery charger, and a couple of rechargeable batteries, and now i can have readily available batteries for free. another good thing about the mini disc recorder is its ability to record audio from sources not readily available for download, eg. audio interviews on iplayer etc. i like to collect interviews of some of my favourite singers, being interviewed on radio, and, with each disc taking almost three hours of dialogue, with no loss of quality, i`d definitely finish by saying `all good`Read full review
Although used it is as good as new and arrived on time

I bought this mini disc player as a replacement for my current one which is in dry dock being repaired. The mini disc systen is an ideal medium for playing music on the move, but sadley has been superceeded by the MP3 players.Even this 2nd hand unit still gives excerlant sound quality and should be brought back for us peeps with fingers that can't cope with MP3's
