My experience with this phone has been good overall. The touch-screen is easy to use, and the small pen makes texting with the on-screen QWERTY keyboard a lot easier. My only problem is that you have to hit the touch-screen quite hard with your fingers for it to work, But this may be due to the protective screen I have on it, I am not sure. The camera on the phone is fantastic, takes brilliant pictures and has a lot of different settings for different scenarios.
Nice phone, wasn't sure at first as I had a W995 for a year which I thought I could never part with. Once I got the hang of the touch screen and the very different operating system I have never looked back. Main reason for purchase was the HD video which is very good, mananged to up date the software also, using the Sony Ericsson web site, seemed to work a little quicker after doing so. Sits nicely in your hand as I text alot. No real bad points . . .
Great basic phone I use to love back in college days however if you need technology support from sony they will try to help but as the company is android Xperia based now they are limited on how they can help (I'm not saying they won't help tho) a very good point is parts are cheap and its easy to repair.

symbian is old.new version mobil telephone android.screen is good,low-up wifi signal strength, system applications, slow, boring content, content and application load
Purchased for my partners birthday, she loved it. Easy to use in her favourite colour as well, so a win, win for me. Eats the battery if you leave bluetooth on and play too many games, but otherwise can't fault it.
