Ordering:
1. Please ensure that you check your delivery address and chosen postal service when ordering. We are unable to amend or change these once your order has been placed.
2. By confirming your order details and completing your order, you are confirming that your order details shown at the checkout are correct.
Dispatch:
1. All orders will be dispatched same working day if ordered before our last cut off point. All orders placed after our last cut off point or on a non working day will be dispatched the next working day.
2. A working day is Monday – Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
3. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the displayed time frame, we will contact you via eBay messages to inform you. In such an event, you would be offered a full refund on your order.
Delivery:
1. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless otherwise stated.
2. You will be given a delivery estimate by eBay when completing your order. This is estimated based on the postal service selected and the country your order is been delivered too.
3. 98% of mail will arrive within or before the estimated delivery date, however delays out of our control may occur in the post on small occasions and delivery may take slightly longer.
4. If you have not received your order after 10 working days ( 20 working days for customers outside of the UK ) please contact us through the eBay messaging service.
5. We are unable to class an order as undelivered unless the time specified above has passed.
6. If your order has not arrived and the time above has passed, you will be offered either a replacement or refund.
7. All reports of undelivered orders will be passed onto the postal service for further investigation. The customer is responsible for the truth of the report and false claims may lead to a criminal prosecution by the postal service.
8. If an order arrives late after making a claim for it been undelivered, it is the buyers responsibility to report this too us through the eBay messaging service.
9. We are not responsible for an order been undelivered should this be caused by the buyer giving an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Feedback:
1. We appreciate you taking a moment to leave your feedback once you have received your order. Our feedback for yourself will automatically be left. This is left after receiving your positive feedback so that we know you were happy with your order.
Returns:

1. To request a return, please either contact us through eBay messaging or by requesting a return on eBay.
2. All return request should be made within 30 days of delivery.
3. All goods should be returned as sold and received in a re-sellable condition. Returns that are not in a re-sellable condition may be declined.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returning goods are packed to a suitable standard. A suitable standard is a similar standard of packaging to what they arrived in.
5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct postage is applied to the returning package to get it back to us.
5. A refund of the original purchase price will be issued within 1-2 working days of arriving with us.
