I bought this game as I remembered playing on it years ago before I sold it all. Playing it brings back good memories.
Dancing Stage Party Edition is the 2nd entry in the long running Dancing Stage. While offering more tracks than its predecessor the interface is significantly more cluttered and can be a nuisance when finishing one song to get back into another. The track listing is fairly solid with some big western hits (Kylie Minougue, S Club 7 etc.) along with the usual plethora of J-Pop. The actually dancing is also a lot harder compared to many other similar games, giving this one a lot more depth but also a higher level of entry. The animations have also recieved a big revamp, looking brighter and more fluid than before. Like me you can probably pick up DS: Party Edition for under a fiver and as a solid dance game and calorie burner it does its job fantastically.
