A bit more information about doing High Speed Photography
Freezing motion can give some pretty special photographic effects, for example capturing a ball as it hits water, a balloon bursting or a light bulb being shot with a pellet gun. Capturing such images introduces a lot of challenges. How do you handle timing with such short exposure times?
Flash set to appropriate power.
Camera on a tripod: Exposure time: 30 sec or a shutter release cable, ISO 100-200, Aperture F 11-16, manual focus.
Microphone: The distance between the object and microphone is altered depending on how sensitive you want it to be. You can always put a sheet over the microphone to decrease the sensitivity.
Now it’s up to your imagination!!!!
