Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best-selling in Electric Guitars
Squier seem to be at the top of their game right now - turning out immediately playable guitars at sensible price points. They sound good also, with the Mustang being particularly strong in this respect. They appear to pay attention to vital pre-setup points such as how well the nut is cut etc., which consistently provides a stable instrument out of the box. I have no hesitation in saying that Squier guitars - any of them - are the best value around at the moment, with Epiphone a close second. Most new guitars priced less than £800-£1k need a proper set up regardless, and a Squier Bullet Mustang is no exception - but it requires very little. Ok, as with any mass produced guitar - every now and then a proper dog will slip through QC, but if you buy from a reputable seller just get them to replace it pronto. I've been a working musician/guitarist for over 40 years. I bought a Squier Bullet Mustang and Squier Bullet Strat simply to make a you tube video review from the perspective of a beginners first guitar - and I'm impressed with both instruments and decided to keep them instead of selling them on, as I do with most other cheap guitars. They're just too much fun to play. Hope this helps someone.Read full review
