With this 2-way pet door, your small dog and/or cat can come and go as they please through the transparent flap. The flap opening is 281mm x 237mm and accommodates pets up to 18 kilograms, with shoulders that are up to 219mm. This doggy door can be installed on most doors or walls with a space of 352mm x 294mm. Change to locked mode when you want them inside.

    Replacement

    It is to replace my old original petsafe flap which is 11years old,and has broken.it will be very easy to replace,it is the same size,so pleased about that.thought I would not be able to get one to fit,as the cats have a tunnel to get in and out of the conservatory. Thanks very much

    Not easy to fit. Template incorrect.

    Cannot fault the supplier in dispatching and communication. This item was not easy to fit. Took several hours, we found that the template is not the right size, therefore fitting the screws only just fitted. So measure very carefully, we did and still had a problem. The flap does not swing easily and catches. Needs force to open which I think my dogs will find difficult and it shuts noisily as hits the frame. Supplier willing to refund if I return, but will leave hole in my door, so somehow needs to be adapted somehow to work smoothly. Well done to all those who fitted easily. One star for supplier efficiency.

    Dog flap

    Bought this to replace the one my granddaughter broke, climbing through it, the past 4 years! Great for pets, not so great for active grandkids! Great value, tried and tested and worth the money, easy to fit, too, and refit!

    Brilliant pet door

    Brilliant pet door, ideal size for my yorkie. Easy to fit but you will need to cut the screws down if not using the tunnel suppled. The slide-in door to ‘lock’ the flap is a great idea as my dog can’t see through & therefore doesn’t think it’s still ‘open’ & break it, as he did the last one, by trying to get through it. All in all, great design, looks good, easy to fit & great value for money.

    Large dog /cat flap - Staywell

    I bought this for my cat knowing nothing about cat flaps, & intending to get another dog so seemed like good idea. But it states on instruction leaflet when read on receipt small children & anything else can fit/come thru it, so no safety to my home as need a massive farm door. Will try & resell it as its g8 quality just not practical for my back door.
