Firstly i do prefer "I Should Coco" to anything else that Supergrass have done and this is different. But change isn't always bad. The first track "Moving" is fantastic: the 4 and a half minutes of breezy verses and the superbly bouncy chorus really sets the tone of the album. It did take me a few listens to really get to know some of the later tracks but they are all really good.
great feel good album...by far there best album for me! musically very good and some class indie tunes to get you rocking.
Not quite as well rounded as Supergrass's other efforts, but still an excellent album with some great singles. No Supergrass fan should be without it!
A brilliant album, that hasn't aged yet and doubt it will really. Am up for seeing them in a couple of weeks to see if they still cut it live - bet they do. Moving is just that - a really emotive driven opener and Mary although the third single from the piece that didn't do too much damage chart wise, 37 I think, is possibly the best thing they've done. They sure don't need to play Alright all the time. I bought it to get my collection up to scratch - am going through the albums chronologically and some of the melodies here are the best.
I didn't enjoy the album at all there was not one tune that stood out the lyrics are muffled I found it an ordinary album - one of those you play and when it finishes you think 'Oh is that it' sorry
