The goods ordered will only be despatched for delivery to the address as shown with your payment. After payment, a change of delivery address can only be arranged once the fee of £8.50 + vat per parcel has been paid; This is the fee which is levied by the couriers for address changes.
Certain delivery areas may be subject to a surcharge, including, but not limited to, non UK mainland addresses, Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, postcodes AB, IV, PA, KW , PH, HS , ZE. If goods are ordered and paid for, before any additional courier delivery surcharges are applied, a request for a further payment will be made. The goods will only be despatched upon the payment of the delivery surcharge. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, not wanting to pay the surcharge, and having paid by Paypal, the fees which Paypal keep will not be refunded.
If for any reason the order is cancelled, and having been paid by Paypal, your refund will exclude the fees applied by Paypal, as these are not refunded by Paypal.
If delivery is refused due to change of mind, other than refusal of possible courier damaged goods, no delivery/return costs will be refunded, and we reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs prior to any refund given. This is also applied if the delievy address given when paying is incorrect.
