Great workout book for anyone wanting to target a triathlon and isn't sure how to start the training. I would say that it is important to read all the first chapters before getting straight into the training sessions if only to understand the abbreviations. I intend to take part in a half ironman then a full ironman over the next few years and the way this book is set out will help me achieve that goal. The binder style design also makes it easier to find relevant parts of the book when training
