If your looking for a amp, look no more. A bass amp by bass players. The TC Electronics 450 is a must have. It’s packed with features that bass players need to sculpt their sound. A huge amount of features packed into this little amp head. Don’t let the size fool you! It has more power than you will probably ever need for most venues. I liked my first RH450 so much, I just bought another ! A very well made and easy to use ! I’m planning to buy their 1600w Blacksmith next! You won’t be disappointed !

This little work horse has it all in one handy unit. It weighs next to nothing, yet has so much packed into it. I have been using the RH-450 for roughly 5 years now and I couldn't be more pleased with it's performance. I play everything from rock to country to blues to polka. I can get a great sound for any musical situation. I did a lot of research before I bought it and nothing came close to it when you consider all the available features including built in tuner, compressor, tube tone, EQ, 3 separate pre-sets, built in DI, audio input for practicing with headphones, and enough power for pretty much any gig (power 3 RS cabinets off one unit). When you add up the cost of all those extras you could buy for a conventional rig, THIS IS A STEAL! I liked it so much I bought a second one so I could keep one in the band trailer and another for home & side gigs. Sound men who are familiar with this unit have no worries when I show up with this little beauty. When you're done with the show, put it in your gig bag and you're off and running.Read full review

After 10 years off due to travel and parenting I am getting into playing bass live again. The amp is superb, great sound and covers most sounds and effects I need, overdrive and compression, without using pedals etc. The modular speaker system that matches the head is also brilliant and very manageable size and weight wise. I can buy extra cabs if we start playing larger rooms and the quality and sound output of the amp means I won't need to upgrade. The amp itself is light as a feather and constructed very solidly. The controls need a little getting used to but it's worth figuring them out as you have a lot of control via a small range of controls plus you have 3 presets which is really awesome plus a built in tuner. I used to use ampegs and fenders mainly due to endorsements and I was happy with those amps except for the weight but the TC is much more dialed in and controllable and has a better overall audio quality to my ears.Read full review
Light weight and powerful. The built-in tuner is a nice feature. Great tone controls. Enough output options to use the amp stand alone or as a direct box in for a house system.

Wow, I already expected a great amp from using the BH250 but this monster totally impressed me. It has way more power than you would expect and the tone is awesome. From very clean and articulate to down right nasty. As much as I like GK and Markbass, TC Electronic is now my favorite. I have owned this amp for several months now and it still impresses me each time I play it at practice or on a gig. When a sound guy says it is the best DI he has heard, that is saying something. I can't see myself ever playing any other amp except maybe the RH750.
