First item arrived well packaged but on opening was found to be damaged in such a way that the lid wouldn't sit well on the base. Vendor suggested a small refund. I wasn't happy with that as the item was not going to be usable so I would have to buy a new one and would have partially paid for damaged one. I advised that I would rather return damaged item for a full refund. Vendor then suggested posting a second item, which I was happy to accept. Second item arrived today undamaged, thank you.
