All items are listed in good faith, however where an error occurs in the listing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full at the earliest opportunity.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct model year of item for their vehicle. If you are purchasing one on a changeover year, it is advisable to check if you are at all unsure.
Please note all deliveries require a signature....we CANNOT pass on specific requests to the couriers eg leave in shed etc.
If an item is returned to us by the courier after several failed delivery attempts, we are charged a return fee by the courier and this will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. If you wish the item to be despatched again to you, we will require you to pay a delivery fee before it is despatched again.
TRAVALL RETURNS
Please note the following procedure and conditions for the return of Travall products, failure to adhere to this may result in a loss of refund.
1. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
2. If your order arrived in multiple boxes please return in multiple boxes, do not put different items together in one box as damage to the products is likely to occur.
3. If you have opened the fixing kit, please wrap all loose items in a plastic bag to prevent the loose fixings damaging the guard / divider coating in transit.
4. We recommend you use a courier with tracking and sufficient insurance to cover your products in transit for loss or damage.
5. Upon receipt, the items will be checked for any signs of damage and missing parts - our terms and conditions state that the items need to be returned in the same condition as you originally received them and fit for resale as new.
6. If items are found to be damaged or incomplete we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
By returning products to us you are automatically agreeing to these conditions.
