This Wrenn grain wagon was originally introduced by Mecanno under the name of Hornby Dublo back in the late 50s to early 60s but didn't re-appear under the Wrenn brand until 1973 some years after mid 1960s unheaval of the model railway scene. While many of the Wrenn branded model railways have proved to be purely fictitious, the BR grain wagon is one of the few that appealed to scale model enthusiasts for the reason why it was made in large quantities until the time of Wrenn's demise in 1992 so there are scores of them about in all-various condition and it's worth searching for a bargain. 5 stars
