All of our items are priced to be sent out as individual packages by Royal Mail 24. This is extremely cheap. If packages are combined they will cost much more to send due to value as they will have to be sent by Special Delivery. Please contact us before purchasing for the best possible option. We use a cheaper courier on our website and there is a one of fee for postage on our website, so please ask and we will advise.
Only items added to the basket and paid for with one transaction can be considered for combining, this is due to Paypal seller protection rules. Overseas customers can access the UK basket by going to the ebay.co.uk page and purchasing from here. Please message if you do this to see if there is a possibility of a refund of postage. This is not always possible due to weight and value restrictions. If we do not receive a message we will send separately.
We cannot combine items where the postage is indicated as free.
Please use the correct address in Paypal as we will not send to any address not added to Paypal. It is easy to add a gift address to Paypal. Please message us if you need instructions.
Please be aware that your order may be eligible for customs charges and taxes if you are not from an EU country. This will mean fees payable to your government. This is up to you to find out if this is applicable to your purchase. We cannot be held responsible.
UK POSTAGE
If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact your local sorting office.
Royal Mail will only attempt to deliver the package once.
If you are not available when the postman attempts delivery a 'While you were out' card will be left. You will have to go to your local sorting office to collect the package within seven days. If you fail to collect your package within seven days Royal Mail will return it to us.
If your order is returned to us and the reason given by Royal Mail is "not called for", "address gone away", "address incomplete", "address inaccessible", "addressee unknown", "refused" or "no such address" we will refund you the sale price of the item but not the postage cost.
Conformity of goods.
Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Items are handmade and may be from different batches, dye lots or fabric batches. We cannot guarantee exact replication of previous stock. We take extreme care to ensure our description and specification of our products is correct at time of going to press/listing. However descriptions on our listing and website is not intended to be binding and are intended to give a general description of our products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the product is a close representation, we cannot accept any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to change findings and fittings including buttons and fastenings due to supply chain availabilty.
