Wtong questions to ask above as this is an instruction video! It cannot be entertaining with engaging characters - silly eBay! 😄 I bought two, one as a gift and one for myself. Am looking forward to learning this gentle art form.

I have seen other Tai Chi DVD`s but this one is one of the best. Performed by Lyn Williams each move is well explained in a step by step process, example the basic hand movements and breathing, the foot movements and the end sequence where all are combined both in speech and visual, there is also cut a ways of Lyn performing outside in a garden. run time 88 mins

The moves are too complicated to follow

This DVD takes you through each of the 24 Forms step-by-step, with clear description and slow movements and with each Form repeated several times - starting with a view of the entire self, then broken down into angled views of the leg/feet and arm/hand movements. There is a need to pause & rewind after each Form, to enable practice of each Form before moving onto the next. For those who are completely new to Tai Chi, it maybe slow progress but it is worth the benefits, as described by Lin Williams.
worst DVD on TAI CHI I have ever watched. The presenter has no idea how to perform the FORM correctly.Much better stuff out there.Very disappointing.
