1. Payment, Terms, Delivery or Collection:
1.1 Payment methods: PayPal, cheque or PO, cash collection in person, once we have cleared payment the item will be shipped economy, standard or express delivery within the UK, but NOT overseas & also NOT to domestic regions or countries including - Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
1.2 Items are booked for collection within one working day of receiving cleared payment (see business hours below). Items paid for on a Thursday or Friday will be collected the following Monday (or Tuesday on a Bank Holiday weekend), unless the buyer pays for express delivery.
1.3 We will package items for collection by buyer's courier, where necessary there is a charge for bespoke packaging. The buyers courier assumes all liability for damage or loss.
1.4 Alternatively, the item can be collected with payment, the buyer can inspect or test the item before taking it away. All stock is held off site so please do not turn up without prior agreement to allow time for us to retrieve the item and to avoid your dissapointment.
1.5 NOTE! Items with a final sale value below £4.99 will be charged a £4.99 admin fee for collection in person.
1.6 We cannot facilitate collections outside of business hours (below), please DO NOT ask we are embarrassed to say "NO"
1.7 Items that have not been collected or we have not received payment, will be relisted or offered for a 'Second Chance Offer' 7-days after sale completion.
1.8 Sometimes buyers cannot pay for, receive or collect items straight away, we understand, reasons may include payment by cheque, e-cheques, postal orders or late payments or late collections. Due to limited storage space we charge a storage fee of £1.99 per-day for orders kept in storage by us 7-days beyond sale completion date; without exception!
1.9 We will automatically open an 'Unpaid Item Case' after 7-days for the protection of other sellers, if you don't respond to open cases we will ask ebay to resolve the case. Please communicate to prevent this happening.
2. Business Hours:
2.1 Open: For shipping, messaging and collection of items: Mondays: 10am - 4pm & Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 4pm.
2.2 Closed: Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays
3. Items Listings, Description, Condition, Testing & Accessories:
3.1 We list items with a range of pictures to illustrate them, demonstrate their condition, highlight custom features or 'significant' damage.
3.2 We do not use stock images - you see exactly what is for sale in the pictures we list.
3.3 Please message us if you would like specific pictures of listed items.
3.4 Used items have a history prior to being owned by us and may have been refurbished or restored without our knowledge by previous owners or dealers (especially vintage items).
3.5 We make every effort to describe items condition clearly and transparently (you will see from our ratings and customer feedback that we give accurate description of items)
3.6 We'll mention in the listing how we have or have not tested an item, beyond this we cannot guarantee functionality on used items and especially vintage listings.
3.7 Unless stated in the description or included in the pictures, items do not include: remote controls, owners manuals, cables, accessories, disks, tapes or any other peripherals.
3.8 It is advisable to have electrical items tested before use by an appropriately qualified engineer.
4. Returns and Refunds:
4.1 On delivery please check the packing slip & purchased items against your original order & the item's description. Contact us immediately if there are any issues.
4.2 We make every effort to ensure that items reaches you in the condition it was dispatched. If the item has been damaged in transit, e-mail to let us know, please take photos of the packaging and of any damage and email these pictures to us.
4.3 Items sold as "not working for parts or repair" are sold on an as-seen-basis, therefore returns are not accepted.
4.4 New & used items can be returned within 14-days of delivery and within 21-days of delivery between 1st November and 31st January and a refund will be given via the same payment method that you used, unless agreed otherwise with you. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, where applicable. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, when applicable:
⦁ All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
⦁ Accessories such as cords and remote controls
⦁ Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
⦁ "Free gifts" or bonus items
⦁ All items included in a bundle
New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, where applicable.
4.5 Buyer assumes all responsibility for send and return P&P.
4.6 Returns /refunds will be processed by us within 5 days once the returned item has been received.
4.7 In the event of the item being defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in the post, postal refunds will only be for the “Buy it Now” price, economy or standard postage costs (whichever is the lower), when the buyer has paid extra for next-day or express delivery this will not be refunded.
4.8 CDs & DVDs players are very sensitive, we advise collection in person to ensure CD/DVD reader is not damaged in transit. We do offer shipping, but returns cannot be accepted or refunds given on non-reading CD & DVD players we have shipped to customers.
