3. Bank Transfer - Electronic banking - PC home banking or Telephone banking transfers into our account (Item sent when payment clears in our a/c) It takes approx 2 / 3 days for transfer to arrive in our account.
4. Postal Order as cash, no delays in sending item once received.
5. Cheque - please send crossed & made payable - 'Port2Port Ltd'. Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear in our bank before the sending of goods.

Royal Mail Postal Service Insurance cover is included in P&P cost for Small Packets / Parcels.

Royal Mail do not consider undelivered 1st class post/parcel lost until 15 working days from aimed date of delivery for the processing a loss claim.
For lost or delayed items - Royal Mail states "Please wait 15 working days from our aimed delivery date before completing a lost post form as we Royal Mail would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed". "We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems".
If your item does not arrive within 2 days of you buying it, please don't send us angry emails asking why we haven't sent your item yet, (yes, people do that, believe me) give it a few days. Please check out our feedback to see that delivery is usually next working day.

You have 12 Month Warranty for all listings from date of shipping unless otherwise stated.We will only provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Important - Your warranty return P&P Costs are not refunded (RTB Warranty), the item will be return to you Free of Charge when confirmed faulty and replaced/repaired by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term.
Items reported Faulty/DOA within 14 days of receipt can be returned at our expense for verification. Return carriage cost will be refunded to your PayPal account after warranty inspection/testing. Postage costs for any items reported faulty and returned after this period (up to a maximum of 14 days from receipt of item) must be paid for by the customer - Standard RTB Warranty Terms.
The handling of warranty returns will be processed fast if the item is returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the original PayPal payment packing slip you were sent with the item and your return address.
Once your returned item has been received, tested and confirmed faulty a new or repaired item will be returned to you Free of Charge by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term, return carriage cost is paid by sender (RTB Warranty return P&P is not refunded), the item will be returned to you Free of Charge. You must contact us before any item is sent back. To return a product for warranty service, please email using eBay contact messages.
If an item is found Not to be faulty return P&P costs are payable before dispatch If you wish the item returned to you a return carriage fee will apply.
