Having tried recipies in this book, some, mayby all, have incorrect amounts of liquid for the amount of flour used. And it's not wrong by a small amount. The recipies I have tried need about 50% more liquid than stated. As a long time user of bread makers I have found the correct ratio is about 70ml liquid per 100g of flour. Recipes in this book call for little over half that which makes a dry crumble mix, not a dough.
