Slow cooking
This publication has a wide variety of recipes, only downside is the only photograph is on the front cover. This means there is no way of knowing what the finished dish should look like prior to starting your meal. I find that knowing how something looks when cooked encourages me to make it, otherwise this is a kitchen must have.
