Please note that we buy our books direct from publishers all brand new condition.From time to time books will be reprinted .On some occasions you may receive an updated version which might have an updated cover or the description might be slightly different then what is advertised.Buy purchasing a book from us you agree that you are happy to receive revised edition book. If you are not happy with the item you receive please get in touch to arrange a return. We can not check the cover of the item to confirm as our stock is located in 13 different warehouses across the country.
Shipping:
Items are shipped within 3 to 5 Working days of ordering Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm GMT. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Most items are shipped separately.Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post without tracking information,
International orders are sent Royal Mail Economy This service does not include any public tracking information.
We do not provide any other shipping methods or any faster processing, Please do not ask after purchasing to send item next day as our stock is located in 13 different warehouses around the country which is then transferred to dispatching warehouse.
Please note we sell our books on many different Platforms. This means some books will become out of stock because someone has bought the same book before you on a different platform and our systems couldn't react on time, in this instance we will have your order shipped from our suppliers or from another selling source. This is so there will be no delay in you receiving your order.
Delivery Times:
Please note that the delivery timescales set out by eBay at the top of the page are estimated dates only - delays can occur from the customs/courier or postal service that are beyond our control.
Domestic (UK): Delivery usually 3 - 5 Working Days after Dispatch
Europe : Delivery usually 7 - 14 Working Days after Dispatch
Rest Of World: Delivery usually 14 - 21 Working Days after Dispatch
