    Good book, good value for money

    Good book with lots of useful information for diabetics, not just a recipe book. Recipes are foods you would eat every day as well as special occasions made from ingredients you keep in your pantry. I’ve had my book for years, I bought this book as a Christmas gift for a newly diagnosed diabetic.

    recipes that I would be likely to use regularly

    If you are determined to control your diabetes by diet then there are some good recipes and the usual first chapter about lifestyle etc that may be useful to you. Don't expect any fast food recipes as they are all about fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch which means you can adapt them to use stuff you already have in the cupboard. Some are very tasty and can be adapted or augmented for the non diabetics in your eating circle. Not a slice of bread ,chip or mashed potato in sight for the low carb enthusiasts.
