Very easy and tasty recipes, and lots of good information and advice. Plenty of very nice choices, and caters for all abilities. So much advice for either following the 5:2 diet, or just for dishes that are low calorie but very tasty. Every recipe has the calories shown, and also very good tips and advice with each one. All round an above average cookery book.

If you plan to follow the Blood Sugar diet this is full of great recipes. Many of the recipes are for 4 or 6 portions but simply adapted for just two. Recipes have a Mediterranean feel, easy to make and really tasty. It helps if you already have the essential store cupboard ingredients listed in The 8 Week diet book
