This is a very good book featuring British regional foods with a lot of chefs' knowledge re-ingredients, seasonal choices, and many more tips. It's a real cooks book, so not so many pictures.

Excellent book, as I have watched the programs every year since they started and there are many meals / menu's that I have and would love to recreate for my own personal appitite and even for dinner parties. Yes some of the recipes are a bit long winded and even take a couple of days to prepare and cook, but trust me the one's that I have tried so far has been well worth it.
