OK, I'm not keen on diets, and certainly not keen on diet books but I could do with losing a bit of weight before Christmas. Zoe Harcombe makes a load of sense and her methods work. It's short, concise, easy to read. More importantly once you've lost the weight it's easy to carry on eating sensibly her way to keep the weight off. Highly recommended. P.S. It's not just for men, my mother-in-law loves it too.

I started the diet after hearing her on the radio and see her lectures on the internet I found her original book was not an easy read so although all relevant facts are included so tried this book and it was a lot clearer and shorter Lost two and a half stones in under a year I eat most foods I like and still enjoy a drink once a week
