I bought this book as I was looking for a Healthy Eating Plan. This book is just a list of the types of food you need (carbs, fat, fibre various other nutrients) and a short summary of the types of diets you could follow. Like Atkins, Scarsdale, F-Plan etc etc. No details on the diets, just a summary. Then the back third of the book is just notes pages so you can track your weight loss and what you have eaten. So no use as a healthy eating planner and no use as a diet book cos there are no details.
