Misleading picture. The book received was not like the picture, a later publication. When I contacted the seller, I received a very unconcerned response referencing ISBN numbers and the picture wasn't meant to be of "the" book, just a representation and they are selling "a" copy of The Hobbit. Their books are prepackaged and stored off site so they have no way of ensuring they send the right one anyway.
Very disappointed. They accept returns but postage will cost me more than the refund.

I think this item (which was one of four bought at the same time as part of a special offer) had to be re-despatched. I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24. I had it on my doorstep in 3 days, in very good condition as described. Very happy with the price and the service, highly recommended seller. Very professional.
