I bought this book on the premise that it would be about "Hard Bastards".And their exploits as proper Hardmen. After a promising start it quickly faded into a book about people finding god, guys honing their skills as a Zen Buddhist,a person who was only hard with a gun in his hand. A women cop doing her duty, bank robber who was neither hard or good at robbing banks,A sycophant interviewer talking to a professional boxer,Charlie Bronson talking about nothing but sex.And so it goes on and on and on.It perked up at the end when Tel Currie was talking about gypsy kings and bare knuckle champions. So the majority of the book was about really boring stories from people who were "Supposedly" Real Hard Men.But never told you why or what they had done. If you were to buy this new,you would be bitterly disappointed, and out of pocket. Dont Bother with this!!!!!Read full review
