A worthwhile buy
Not easy to read as not especially written for the layman. However it makes a good case and I will be adopting 95% of the advice particularly the dietary. For me I thought they were on the money pointing the finger towards sugar consumption and processed foods. Worth getting if you have cancer, as I do, and want to find ways to help yourself.
