I really enjoyed Mark's book about switching off from work. He talks about how best we can use our time and how we can change small things about ours days and the way we communicate to reduce stress. He includes useful work sheets to help you plan your routines in order to relax outside of work. I will be putting his recommendations into practice, especially the parts about how best to work from home. The book is easy to read but still includes some interesting facts and information about his research articles! A good read, but make sure you can concentrate at the same time!
