I bought this DVD not long after i gave birth. I heard it was a 'hard' work out and having exercised before and during pregnancy i thought i would rise to the challenge. I did the exercises a few times and whilst some of the workouts where quite difficult initially i gradually got strength to do them. However Tracy Anderson does not make the routine easy to follow as sometimes when you can't look at the TV due to being in such a position you would have to strain your neck to look at the TV she does not instruct the next move. Thus she would be well ahead whilst your still trying to balance the initial move. I have since purchased another workout DVD as i do not find this user friendly.
I have only tried this once and no way could complete the workout so i am going to keep at it as i had my two girls very close together and i dont expect it to be easy. I really feel very otimistic about this dvd and think it is going to work for me provided i stick with it. The music is classical and really relaxing and tracy seems really nice and doesnt tal too much so its nice and chilled, with around ten years experience i trust her metods completly.
excellent. I was certainly not post pregnancy material as am 63 but as I so loved her mat workout. I think this is excellent and I also think her workouts work and the music is excellent. I cannot recommend her enough. Strangely relaxing as well. Mary
