Excellent value for money, dance workout was lost on me but the cardio DVD is fantastic, knackering and intense but worth the effort for great lean results. I do 45 mins daily when my 2 young kids are either in bed, playing or at school, if you want results put the effort in and reap the benefits.....

I purchased this workout DVD as I have heard good comments about it so I went and read reviews myself and there was alot of positive feed back on it. Since purchasing it I have only done the work out 3 times but I think I can see a difference already to my arms and legs but I will need to keep doing it more regular to see real results. The workout itself is pretty tough and you can feel your muscles burn....which has to be a good thing! The only down side I would say as other people have mentioned is that maybe she could have given a bit more instruction during the workout as you have to keep watching her and sometimes her she is inconsistant.
This is by far the best workout I have ever done. The Matt DVD is awesome, and the definition I have gained in such a sort space of time is amazing. The Dance workouts are a little hard at first but once you've done them a few times you begin to get into the flow. Since purchasing this I have also brought other Tracy Anderson products, I am obsessed! Prior to buying these DVD's I read many mixed reviews, I am glad I did not pay any attention to the negative ones as I truly am impressed and think that the negative opinions that have been expressed are only down to the individuals laziness by not sticking to the programme as they do work you hard once you commit.
