1. Payment
Only accept payments through PayPal.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.
 
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Local pickup service is not available.
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.
If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.
A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.
Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.
 
Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
 
3. Postage & Packaging
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

    Car window tint

    Bought it for rear and side car windows. Haven’t got much luck with rear window, but after customer support told, what that tint is for side windows, not for rear and fitted with water only, not heat shrinkable. In that case. Side windows came fine. Just would be nice if that would be made clear in item description.

    Not what was described

    Apart from receiving the item within the allocated time the item itself wasn't up to much use. Used all the film on two windows and still the finish was poor as not up to the standards that the professionals use. As for being advertised as 1% the film I recieved was more like 20%. Also not a 3m product as also mentioned in the title of the Ad. A very static film as when it was applied the window was cleaned thoroughly along with plenty soapy water on both the tint film and window and still got loads of dust in the finish result.

    Great Product

    First time installer, so i was expecting several failures on my behalf. But the product was easy to fit and forgiving. The only thing is the plastic application card leaves scratches in the vinyl, not a problem for me as used on a van but overall good! Use a cloth over the card

    Good quality product

    This is good quality tint screen, and I tried fitting to my camper van acrylic window, but unfortunately I couldn’t get it to apply smooth enough, not the product fault but more down to my incompetence..I would recommend this for glass windows only, so may try on wife’s car.! Make sure you wet window well with soapy water and you should have no problem, give it a try, for the price it’s worth it
