Batteries should be fitted by a qualified person, therefore, under no circumstances shall BatteryBay be liable for any consequential injury, loss or damage due to in-correct use or fitting of Batteries or Chargers supplied to the Buyer.
Delivery:
We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment
On purchases made before 3pm, we, (through our Couriers) strive to deliver your goods before 6pm the next working day, although this is not guranteed.
Your Item(s) will be dispatched to your ebay registered Address unless otherwise requested at time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email informing you when your Item will be dispatched. We use a third party courier service for all of our deliveries. In the eventuality that an item is out of stock we will notify you within 12 hours and Refund you if you have paid for the Item.
We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, this is out of our direct control, therefore, BatteryBay shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
We must be informed in writing within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortage of goods. Failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
