Very stable tripod, the bubble level has been invaluable when setting up on uneven rocky ground, the feet also articulate to give sound footing. The fluid head makes for smooth panning when using video, with still photography it is also great, but to take vertical photos it need the shoe rotated. Overall a reliable sturdy piece of equipment, which I will be using for many years to come.
Purchased to replace a broken one. Nice Japanese made product. Only for studio work. Too heavy to easily carry about.

Great, solid.

The fluid head is perect for smooth pans and the body of the tripod is heavy enough to provide plenty of stability. The choice of using the rubber feet or spikes for softer ground is a great design choice. The ratchet feels a little delicate for an otherwise very well engineered tripod, but overall it's the most reliable video tripod within its cost bracket.
I bought this as an upgrade from a super cheap tripod. The tripod extends to 68" which is pretty high and is quite solid. The feet are a nice touch. The head on the tripod isn't that good though. It's ok but lacks smooth movement. For £21 I'm not complaining though, for £21 it's a bargain! The head on it's own new is around £45 and is not worth it. The tripod is good though. For price I paid I would recommend.
